Day 7: Mama told me there'd be days like this...

I woke this morning feeling quite feverish and tired (damn this daylight savings changeover week!) and my car overheated on the way home from work last night. Feeling a bit blue, so hence a blue dress was in order today.

To lift my spirits my work colleague invited me to her house for lunch in the sunshine and a chance to play with her puppy, Alfie. She also has the most amazing wisteria flowering in her backyard at the moment. Canberra is so pretty in Spring especially after a long cold Winter.

One of my favourite blues ladies is Etta James, so my song for today is Something's Got A Hold On Me. Check out her fashion, she is awesome!
