Finally Libby and I got to catch up after not seeing each other since the end of August. This was mainly due to Libby having an awesome holiday in The States and me being a workaholic. We had dinner at Pho Phu Quoc and I thought a photo under the pho lady (as I like to call her) would be nice. Libby and I were in complementary colours - green and purple.
Libby wore a lovely twin set (originally a 3 set with a jacket) she got from St Paul's Anglican Church op shop in Manuka. It reminds me of a 1960s flight attendant outfit for perhaps an Irish airline. I was in a grey wool felt skirt with black and purple circles with some purple tights. I got the skirt in the height of Summer in Melbourne from Savers in Brunswick, but knew it would be perfect for Winter in Canberra. When Savers first opened, lots of people were very skeptical about whether it was a secondhand wares big business pretending to be big Salvo's warehouses, but it seems they give to many charities and are legit. Check them out if you are ever in Melbourne.
Great outfits- my two favourite colours!
